Dear Reader,

This is snap of our Team in 1st GUJ HR meet in Ahmedabad.

My team have supported my idea to initiate the activity to make a Team of HR Professionals from various industry for Gujarat state.

Why need to make this club...?

• To Provide a plateform of exchange of ideas and experience of information in Human Resource Management .
• To understand the current HR Trend and problem faced by us.
• To share the knowledge of various techniques and methods of HRM and to expertise the skills of the people engaged in HR pratices.
• To provide knowledge on new challenges for HR professionals
• To have the advice and suggestion from Senior's from industry.

What are our activities ?

• Our Club is on initial stage, in activity we have a group meeting and discussions. We are discussing new innovative ideas of different HR professional implemented in their company or the market senario.
• To Organize Management Development Programmes
• To arrange group meet to study various HR practices

Now we feel great to annouce that we are growing and having 175 members from which major are from Gujarat. We have members from entry level to very senior level eg: Officer, Exectuive, Asst. Manager, Manager, DGM, GM & VP.

We would like to thank our senior who have really contributed to our team, by giving their suggestions and advice to grow with this idea.

Till date we had 2 HR Meets in Ahmedabad for our club. 1st one on 25 May 2008 and 2ns was on 28 September 2008.

How we are useful to Soceity...?

We are planning to contribute something to the Society & Nation. For which your suggestions are welcome.
